With effect from January 1st, 2019, Active Power Germany GmbH will merge with Piller Germany GmbH & Co. KG as part of the ongoing integration of Active Power into the Piller Group.
Since the acquisition of Active Power in November 2016, there has been a constant move towards extending the reach of the Active Power product and service through the network of customer-facing Piller companies located around the world.
The largest of these companies is Piller Germany GmbH & Co.KG which operates in the same location as Active Power Germany GmbH both providing Sales, Service and Project Management for the respective products.
Since November 2016, both companies have been run by a common management team and operational infrastructure but under separate legal identities. Now, with integration complete, the merger of the two companies provides a further simplification for all our customers.
Customers of Active Power Germany will now benefit from the attributes of a much larger organisation when purchasing Cleansource XT and CSHD products. Regular Contact details and procedures will remain unchanged but with immediate effect, all future business will be conducted through Piller Germany GmbH & Co.KG. The Group’s products will continue to be manufactured in Osterode, Germany and Austin, USA without affect.
